The quest’s final stage comprises of invading Lilith’s remote citadel in the middle of Hell itself! Upon entering, a brutal battle takes place between player and Lilith herself – Keep your guard up as she has some swift attacks that can significantlly reduce player health; once you manage to bring her down, quickly grab its head carcass before whisking away from hell with its demonic artifact intact..
