Once you reach “The Stone Of Madness”, interact with it until Deckard feels better and fights alongside you once more in his heroic fashion.

After defeating any resistance between ‘The Stone Of Madness’ room and its surroundings back towards ‘Dungeon Level One’, follow Cairn towards an exit which leads outside onto The Dry Steppes at last!
