After that you will need to come up with a clan name and an emblem. Now, you can invite all your friends to the clan, and then you can see them on the map.
If they will not appear on the map immediately after you add a friend to the clan, it is worth waiting. Also, you can make sure that your friend has not disabled the friends filter on the map. Friends are shown with blue icons on the map, and orange is you.
