Every month, Xbox Live Gold members receive free games as part of the “Games with Gold” promotion. Well, we are trying to predict what games will be available in Xbox Live Gold in December 2019.

Last month, these games included Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter, The Final Station, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter, and Joy Ride Turbo.

The official announcement of free games Games with Gold for subscribers in December 2019 is around the corner, and at the same time we have some predictions about what these free games might be like.

Usually one big game is in the title of the list, and we suspect that BioShock: The Collection will be the perfect offer.

BioShock: The Collection includes all three editions of the series: BioShock, BioShock 2 and BioShock Infinite. And games from 2K game developers are often offered in gold games. Some examples include Bioshock Infinite in March 2015, Mafia II in May 2015, Borderlands in March 2016, WWE 2K16 in August 2016, Borderlands 2 in March 2017 and much more.

BioShock: The Collection went on sale at Xbox One back in September 2016. Microsoft usually gives AAA games about three years on the console before starting to consider their offer for free in Gold, so the timing seems right for this game.

Overlord: Fellowship of Evil

In December 2019, it is likely that RPG Overlord: Fellowship of Evil will be included in GOLD for several reasons.

Firstly, Overlord: Fellowship of Evil was developed by the British gaming studio Codemasters, which in the past had several games under the heading Games with Gold. These include F1 2013 in May 2015, Dirt 3 in November 2015 and Dirt: Showdown in January 2016.

Second, Overlord: Fellowship of Evil is currently available for $6 for Xbox Gold members. When a game comes on sale just before the announcement, it is usually a good indication that it may be one of the free games of the month.

Don’t forget to check in the next few weeks to make sure Microsoft announces its official line of gold games for December 2019.
